As many of you know, CHIARoScURO, the gallery I was in on Michigan Avenue in Chicago for 14 years closed this June. Since then, I’ve been on a mission to find the right gallery in greater Chicago which would feature my work. I’m excited to tell you that as of September 27, my chairs are now in three of Hoypoloi’s galleries.
Hoypoloi markets itself as the “uncommon gallery” and each of their galleries is so much fun to walk through. They feature amazing artwork in many mediums, and I have to say I feel truly honored to have my chairs featured in their unique and beautiful spaces.
Hoypoloi has three locations in greater Chicago, one at 2235 S. Wentworth Avenue in Chicago’s Chinatown which has five of my chairs on display, and two galleries located at O’Hare International Airport. Terminal 1’s store has one of my chairs in their window (as is pictured here). And, Terminal 2’s store has two of my chairs on display. If you are on a layover in O’Hare be sure to check them out!
In addition, Hoypoloi also has a gallery in Downtown Disney that I’m hoping to get some of my chairs into in the near future. This is an exciting new venture for my me and I’d like to thank Hoypoloi for the great opportunity to work with them.
